PROFILE

Dawn held her first official leadership position at the age of 14 and has been blazing new paths ever since. Among her feats is organizing and leading a civilian support group on a military base, coaching a competitive gymnastics team, and holding multiple leadership positions in a global communication and leadership organization.

After several years of training corporate leaders, the persistent problems leaders continued to encounter at all levels led Dawn to begin her search for a more effective way to get people to follow. This research journey ended up at the doorstep of ethics, and it is this timeless wisdom that helped her define her own leadership model. From this model Dawn helps leaders learn to reach their full potential, become leaders worth following, and lead with excellence.
